What shall I blog about, gang?

Aloha! No pictures from this weekend's shenanigans, I'm afraid. Was a weird mix of hard jolling and serious sleeping! Maybe you guys can help me drum up some ideas for this week's postage. Is there anything you'd like me to scribble about? Here are some old pics in the meanwhile. x

One minute of pure awesomeness

Well friends, I give you the world's most epic video. A couple 'o reeds, some burning logs...I even threw in a few Zebra butts...it's just a matter of time before the Oscar is mine. 

How's that suspenseful ending! Flip, it took me over an hour just to figure out how to convert Mov. files into something watchable. Will try and include some of the nice humans I know in the next cinematic attempt. 

Lately

Lately, I've been...dreaming of a cozy, creative studio with a fluffy Labrador sleeping in the corner. When you turn the music down, you can hear winter leaves rustling outside. / Loving pulling on my cotton pants and fluffy socks in the chillier evenings. / Meaning to spend a Sunday baking away in my kitchen. / Looking forward to Natchos and Cosmos with Nads. / Excited to open a box of retro goodies from Giselle / Thinking about selling some stuff at my favourite market. / Wishing I had enough time to play in a band, become a full-time photographer, read more history and science books. / Feeling pretty damn happy that I found my old Seinfeld boxsets! How about you? x

The first winter camp-out!

I went camping with the two Jonathans this weekend! We lazed in the sun, spent about four hours grilling some chicken (it could have been less, I had hunger delusion), jammed guitar, got told off for playing guitar (ridic because Vanilla Ice unplugged is clearly awesome)...at some point I nearly fell into the fire. Many beers were drunk while I was downing sipping vodka cranberry...and lacing every meal with chutney, Very Peri and Aromat. What is it about food in the outdoors? It always tastes flippen amazing. This morning we got up at sparrows, klapped the remains of the cooler box and passed out fell asleep in our chairs at 10am. LJ, Tots - thanks for an epic weekend! And, LJ - thanks for dressing me up as a snuggly shepherd and keeping me warm. x
