Where do you go for style tips and advice?

Hello! It's been a very busy past couple of days...weddings, parties and sleepovers! I hope you're having a good week so far. Have you guzzled loads of Easter Eggs or are you saving yourself for Sunday? I've been a marshmallow monster. Yesterday, Erin posted a 'Meet and Greet' with myself and a couple of other bloggers. She asked me a great question which I'd like to ask you...

You can read my answers here but I forgot to mention Lookbook. I also adore Rachel's style above. So which mags and blogs do you turn to for a blast of style inspiration? Or, are you inspired by what you see in the shops or on the street? Perhaps you have a friend you like to quizz about skinnies vs flares? Let us know in a comment below!

I am pretty lonely in the interest clothes when I have had it long (I changed dresses 50 times per day, took half of the school. And do it every morning these days instead) So I have no one to talk to about it. But I can give you my little tip:

"I think myself in other people's clothes. If I see someone walk by with a well thought out
outfit, so I think myself in the outfit. Even old ladies and old men. Young children and perhaps even a tasteless guy.

-Check for the small things. Small details. Some tend to braid, tie, to have something different, have something in your hair. A linen that stands up, gloves, socks, belt. Sometimes it is they who make the outfit.

- Try new things. I hated the navy, military green and burgundy before. But today, I love these colors. You have to be open!

- Find the feeling. I usually cut out pictures from all sorts of fashion magazines. Then I tape them into position in the inside of my closet. Fashion come from to imitate others and be nice. If you have anything that resembles something you've seen before, so it feels a bit good.

- Take the card! The camera never lie.

These simple tips are right, but it's good to know if it is just as lonely as me. I used Google translate, so excuse me if there is a bit ugly miss. Swedes </ 3

I Love those little peep-toe boots in the photo.
I dress vicariously through blogs. It's very cost effective wardrobe.
I really enjoy 'meet and greets'

I love looking at magazines and trying to recreate the looks with what I have. UK InStyle is good for this because they break down their styling in an achievable way. The web is great for inspiration, but I like it near my wardrobe so that is where the mags live. Although I am no longer a teen...I really love the current style of the shoots in Teen Vogue. The jewel tones, multi layers and accessories really inspire me. Olivia Palermo is one of my current muses so I love spotting pics of her and save them for inspiration later. I seem to have snippets of fashion looks that live in my mind so I act on them when I see the perfect piece of clothing to complete the look. I just need more shoppping money! x
