To drink champagne in a fireworks frock
I had not even begun to think about New Years until I saw this dress today. Isn't it just the sweetest? The frock, boots and bag are all from Dorothy Perkins, my favourite store on the London high street. When I lived in London, I bagged most of my clothes from Dorothy and H&M. Of course, I would have loved a wardrobe full of Topshop and Urban Outfitters, but most of my pennies went into a traveling piggy bank. Dorothy P was that one store where I could always find something fabulous that fitted both me and my budget perfectly. I'm chuffed to be back in Durbs but I do miss the London High Street!

I want this dress so bad. I think I'll ask mumsie to cut me a pattern from it :)
Lucky you. Lucky you. My mom is as bad at sewing as I am. I wish she knew how to sew so she could teach me.
It is a FLIPPEN beautiful dress. And drool-worthy boots. and bag.

Ah, I can't sew for toffee either. It's such a handy hobby to have. Wow, the modcloth threads are so beautiful. Sigh. x
